1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bhuwan Likes API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Bhuwan Likes API provides an API and dashboard to send likes to Free Fire profiles using your own uploaded accounts. This is a digital service. We are not affiliated with Garena or Free Fire.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys.

4. Account & API Key

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. API keys must not be shared publicly. Misuse may lead to termination.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets).
• Prices are listed in INR and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions auto-expire on the shown date unless renewed manually.
• Digital purchases are non-refundable once activated (see Refund Policy).

6. Prohibited Use

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempting to clone, scrape, or bypass the Service.
• Using the Service to harass or spam other users.
• Reverse engineering or reselling the Service without permission.

7. Refund Policy

See our Refund Policy. Digital services are non-refundable once activated. Wrong/duplicate charges are refunded within 7 days of request.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
